Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 July 2026
This policy explains how Premier Composites (“we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you use premiercomposites.shop or buy from us. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to sell and deliver GRP roofing materials to you.

What we collect
- Contact and order details — your name, email address, phone number and delivery / collection address.
- Order and payment metadata — what you ordered, order value, and a payment reference / status. Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.
- Correspondence — messages you send us (for example a returns request or a delivery query).
- Essential technical data — the minimum needed to keep your basket and session working (see Cookies below).
Why we use it, and our lawful bases
- To perform our contract with you — taking payment, arranging delivery or collection, handling returns and support. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To meet legal obligations — keeping tax, VAT and sales records, and records required for the safe supply of dangerous goods. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To run and protect our business — preventing fraud and keeping our site secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the service providers we need to fulfil your order, and only for that purpose:
- NatWest / Fiserv — to process card payments securely. They handle your card details directly.
- Resend — to send transactional emails such as your order confirmation.
- Supabase — our hosting and database provider, which stores order and account records on our behalf.
- Our specialist courier (Hazchem / Spavins) — the ADR / pallet carrier who delivers your goods; we pass on the name and address needed to deliver.
These providers act under contract and may only process your data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally six years). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies — the ones needed to keep your basket and checkout working and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required for them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no ongoing legal reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- withdraw any consent you have given.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at nick.frith25@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
